Definition of Lower Boundary: |
Sharp base at the marked quartzite-pelite / semipelite boundary at the top of the Kinlochlaggan Quartzite Formation. Alternatively lies above the Kinlochlaggan 'Boulder Bed'. |
Definition of Upper Boundary: |
Not seen ie. this is the youngest unit exposed in the major Kinlochlaggan syncline. |

Not known, but at least 200m |
