Polished Section. Altered Fine-grained, volcanic rock, with abundant feldspar microphenocrysts and opaque pseudomorphs after mafic minerals in a light groundmass. Large amygdales, over 5mm, filled with coarse carbonate. Some late clay infill with ferruginous spherules. |
