Definition of Upper Boundary: |
Fairly sharp change to medium- to thin-bedded quartzite of Logie Head Quartzite Member. |

c.1200m on coast section; cannot be distinguished separately inland. |
Geographical Limits: |
Along coast section from Buckpool, Buckie [NJ 413 656] to Toshie's Long Craigs [NJ 4970 6835]; cannot be differentiated inland. |
