Definition of Upper Boundary: Change from sandstone or limestone to grey clay.
Thickness: 0 - 2m
Geographical Limits: In the southwest corner of the Shaftesbury Sheet 313. Possibly a correlative of the Preston Grit of the Dorset coastal succession.
Parent Unit: Hazelbury Bryan Formation (HYB)
