114 META_THEMA  METADATA  THEMATIC  A Thematic project is a co-operatively funded project that is interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary in nature. It crosses across areas of common interest with the aim of stimulating academic, and industrial research and exploration. 116 META_ERD  METADATA  ENTITY RELATIONSHIP DIAGRAM  A Diagram that visually represents a set of database objects (tables) and the interelationships between them.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06 
117 META_COL  METADATA  COLUMNS  Also known as fields, this refers to the individual data records within a table or view. They are individual data entries of the same type within a database table.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06 
118 META_DEP  METADATA  DEPENDANT OBJECTS  Objects such as Views or triggers etc. which draw data from a table or modify a table are dependant on that table.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06 
119 META_DEP1  METADATA  DEPENDANCIES  The dependancies of a database object refers to all the other objects upon which the object in question references or draws data from.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06 
120 META_GRANT  METADATA  GRANTS  The specific actions that a given user may perform upon a given database object (e.g. tables), also known as privileges. In oracle, the GRANT statement is used to give access to a user on a specific object.  10-FEB-06  11-APR-06 
121 META_PRIVS  METADATA  PRIVILEGES  The specific actions that a given user may preform upon a given database object, also known as grants (e.g. INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, SELECT).  10-FEB-06  11-APR-06 
122 META_REMOT  METADATA  REMOTE TABLE  The database table joined by a foreign key which contains the data that limits the number of possible entries within the table upon which the Foreign Key rests.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06 
123 META_CONST  METADATA  CONSTRAINT  A database object that in some way reduces the set of possible entries in a particular field or column, This may be a Key or Check constraint.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06 
124 META_CHECK  METADATA  CHECK CONSTRAINT  A constraint that limits data within a field or column without referencing other database tables or entries. Often used to ensure data integrity.  10-FEB-06  10-FEB-06
